Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the "Company") regarding the determination of the names of directors, executives and/or employees of the Company and its subsidiaries who are eligible for the allocation of newly issued ordinary shares, the determination method of offering price and offering period for the offering of newly issued ordinary shares under the issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares of the Company to directors, executives and/or employees of the Company and its subsidiaries ("STGT ESOP") in the 2nd year under STGT ESOP of not exceeding 6,000,000 shares at the par value of THB 0.50 per share, including the delegation of authority to the Chief Executive Officer to determine the offering price in accordance with the determination method of offering price, which disclosed through the website of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the "SET") on 24 June 2022.
In this regard, the Company would like to announce the offering price of the shares at Baht 15.07 per share, which is equivalent to 90.00 percent of the volume-weighted average price of the ordinary shares of the Company traded on the SET using the closing price during 7 consecutive business days prior to the date on which the Board of Directors has resolved to approve the offering period of this offering i.e. 22 - 24, 27 - 30 June 2022, the volume-weighted average price is based on information from SETSMART www.setsmart.comof the SET. Such offering price is in accordance with the determination method of offering price as approved by the Board of the Directors. The Company shall offer the newly issued ordinary shares from 9.00am to 4.00pm of 1 July 2022.
