* York Arcade Holdings PLC CSELK:YORK.N0000 and Abans Finance PLC CSELK:AFSL.N0000 were the top percentage losers on the index, falling 7.3% and 5.8%, respectively.
* Trading volume fell to 189.5 million shares from 247.1 million shares in the previous session.
* The equity market's turnover fell to 7.32 billion Sri Lankan rupees ($24.19 million), compared with 7.95 billion rupees in the previous session, according to exchange data.
* Foreign investors were net sellers, offloading stocks worth 1.01 billion rupees, while domestic investors were net buyers, purchasing shares worth 6.51 billion rupees, the data showed.
