Sreechem Resins Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Corporate Office on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. to consider, approve and take on record, inter alia, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with other business matters. Further,in continuation with reference to the Company''s intimation dated June 24, 2026, regarding closure of the trading window, it is informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct, the trading window shall remain closed and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly, Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and other covered persons are advised not to trade in the Company''s securities during this period.
