TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Sprott Inc. (TSX:SII) today declared an eligible dividend of $0.025 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, payable on March 9, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2009.
The Board of Directors of Sprott Inc. intends to declare an annual special dividend on or about March 10, 2009 pending completion of Sprott Inc.'s audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008.
