Highland housebuilder Tulloch Homes, part of the Springfield Group, has appointed a new Land & Planning Director to facilitate growth in the region. David Jewell, who first started with Springfield in 2014, has been promoted to Land & Planning Director for Tulloch Homes. His promotion follows the retirement of Tulloch Land Director, Scott Strachan who had worked with the highland builder since 1999.
