The Company has today entered into Share Subscription cum Shareholder''s Agreement (SSSHA) with Clean Wind Power (Manvi)Pvt Ltd & Hero Rooftop Energy Pvt Ltd for subscribing for 1,40,000 equity shares and has also entered into Power Supply and Consumption Agreement (PSCA) with Clean Wind Power (Manvi) Pvt Ltd for the Company''s power requirement of 11.6million units, under the Group Captive Structure
