Filing of Public announcement received by the Company from Acquirer Mrs Nandini Modi and Mr Kirit Modi in connection with open offer to the shareholders of The South India Paper Mills Limited The acquirers are making an open offer to the shareholder to acquire upto 48,75,000 fully paid up equity shares with face value of Rs 10, representing 26% of the voting share capital.
