Acting pursuant to §103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on ongoing and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions to recognise as equivalent the information that is required by the law in a Non-Member State (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] No. 33 of 28 February 2009, item 259, as amended), the Management Board of Sonel S.A. announces the dates of handing over periodic reports in 2017.
Consolidated extended quarterly reports
- for Q1 2017 - 22 May 2017
for Q3 2017 - 20 November 2017
Semi-annual report and consolidated semi-annual report
for H1 2017 - 18 September 2017
Consolidated and separate annual report
for FY 2016 - 3 April 2017
At the same time, pursuant to § 83 sections 1 and 3 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Issuer shall not hand over separate quarterly reports and separate semi-annual report in 2017. Consolidated quarterly reports shall include the quarterly financial information, while the consolidated semi-annual report shall include the abridged semi-annual financial statement, together with the report of the entity authorised to examine financial statements.
Pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation, the Company shall not publish quarterly reports for the second and last quarter of 2017.
