Skudeneshavn, 9 October 2025Reference is made to today's stock exchange announcement from Solstad MaritimeASA ("Solstad Maritime") regarding update of its financial guidance for 2025.Due to Solstad Maritime's reduction of its full-year 2025 Adjusted EBITDAguidance and the expected effects on Solstad Offshore ASA's (the "Company")share of result from Solstad Maritime, the Company has adjusted its AdjustedEBITDA guidance from USD 120 - 150 million to approximately USD 115 million.The Company's adjusted EBITDA consists of its share of results from jointventures and associated companies and the operational EBITDA from its ownoperations.The Adjusted EBITDA from joint ventures and associated companies is adjustedfrom USD 60-80 million to approximately USD 50 million.The operational share of the Adjusted EBITDA, from its own operations, isexpected in line with previous communication to USD 60-70 million.The Company is still in the process of preparing and completing the financialresults for the third quarter of 2025, which is subject to finalization andother potential adjustments, if any, and the information has not been auditedorreviewed by the auditor of the Company.
