Announces $3,000,000 Private Placement (TheNewswire)   Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire – August 14, 2026 – Solid Impact Investments Corp. (TSXV: SOLI.P) ("Impact" or the "Company"), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 60,000,000 common shares of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) at a price of CAD$0.05 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to CAD$3,000,000 (the “Offering”).   The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital and towards any costs associated with a future qualifying transaction as such a term is defined in Policy 2.4 – “Capital Pool Companies” of the Exchange. Finder’s fees may be payable in respect of some subscriptions. The closing of the Offering is expected to occur by the end of September and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
