SMAG shares are traded with the ticker symbol: 1SMA (ISIN: DE000A42FR12, WKN: A42FR1). As part of the initial public offering (IPO), the Company received gross proceeds of approximately EUR 30 million from the capital increase. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the capital increase primarily to fund strategic growth initiatives, including investments in automation technologies, the scaling of production capacity and the expansion of the Company’s sales organization, as well as to strengthen its working capital position and overall financial flexibility.
