VANCOUVER, March 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Sky Ridge Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SYR.H) (the "Company") reports that pursuant to the Company's stock option
plan, a total of 88,000 stock options have been granted to consultants
and charitable organizations of the Company at an exercise price of
$0.185 per share, exercisable for a period of ten years, subject to
regulatory approval.
