Ms. Bernard and other honorees will be recognized during the 2015 NACD Directorship 100 Awards Gala in New York City on December 2, 2015. The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), a nonprofit membership organization for corporate board members, is the leading source of boardroom intelligence and corporate governance information for board directors of publicly listed companies.
