AFKS), a publicly traded Russian investment company, announces its unaudited consolidated financial results prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the second quarter of 2024 (Q2 2024) that ended on 30 June 2024.

In Q2 2024, Sistema's consolidated revenue grew by 24.3% YoY, to RUB 302.1bn.
The Group's adjusted OIBDA¹ in Q2 2024 reached RUB 91.8bn, up 26.8% YoY.
The Corporation's net income in Q2 2024 amounted to RUB 2.9bn.
The Group's capital expenditures for Q2 2024 totalled RUB 43.4bn.
The Corporate Centre's net financial liabilities² equalled RUB 256.5bn.
Key events in Q2 2024 and after the reporting period:
Sistema paid RUB 4.9bn in dividends for 2023, i.e. RUB 0.52 per ordinary share.
Expert RA and ACRA rating agencies confirmed Sistema's credit ratings at ruAA- and AA-(RU) respectively, with a stable outlook.
In order to refinance its debt portfolio, Sistema successfully placed a bond issue with a nominal amount of RUB 11.5bn and a variable coupon linked to the Bank of Russia's key rate, with a spread of 220 bps and maturity of 4.25 years.
