The Trading window of the Company will remain closed for designated person and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course of time.
