TORONTO, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - Sirit Inc. (TSX: SI), a leading provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, announced today that the Company has received ISO 9001:2000 registration for its operations following an extensive and comprehensive audit by British Standards Institution (BSI), Inc., a quality management systems registrar. This important distinction confirms the Company's commitment to quality, and serves as acknowledgement of Sirit's customer-first focus. The scope of the registration includes design, development and manufacture of RFID technology and products. The ISO 9001:2000 standard, is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
