Cheyenne, Wyoming – June 13, 2017 – Simply Innovative Products, Inc. (OTCPink: SMPI) with approval from FINRA has changed the trading symbol from COLV to SMPI. This was the final step to complete a new start for the innovative company. Simply Innovative Products, Inc. is also pleased to report that George Sharpe dismissed his court action with prejudice; (it can never be filed again), against Coastal Integrated Services, Inc., the company’s prior name.
The company did not give any compensation to Mr. Sharpe for the dismissal. The lawsuit was regarding emails received by Mr. Sharpe for a stock promotion. Coastal Integrated Services, Inc. had nothing to do with the emails or stock promotion, and was willing to defend against the action to the highest court. The dismissal from Mr. Sharpe is welcomed news and enables the company to focus more clearly on the task at hand for future development and expansion.
