I hereby tender my resignation from the office of Independent Director of SIGACHI INDUSTRIES LIMITED with immediate effect. Further, I declare that I am resigning because of my personal reasons and professional aspirations-plans of setting up my own business / full-time employment, and there is no other material reason for my resignation.
I wish to express my gratitude towards the Board of the Company for giving me an opportunity to serve on the Board; it was my privilege indeed.
