Pursuant to Provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations'') and Rules made thereunder as amended from time to time and subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM based on the recommendation of NRC Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03.09.2026 have appointed Ms. Chaitali Paul (DIN: 06379158), as the Independent Director of the Company for the period of 5 years from the conclusion of the ensuing AGM until the conclusion of the 40th AGM to be held for the Financial Year 30.03.2031
