pursuant to Reg 32 of LODR we hereby confirm that there have been no public issue proceeds raised from IPO, FPO, Rights issue, preferential issue, etc., during the reporting quarter ended on 30th September, 2025. Hence, Reg 32 (1) and (3) of LODR is not applicable to the company.
