Pursuant to Reg 32 (1),(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we hereby confirm that there have been no public issue, proceeds raised from IPO and FPO, Rights issue, preferential issue, etc. during the reporting quarter ended on 31st December, 2024. Hence the statement of Deviation and Variation is not applicable to the company.
