This is informed to you that the Annual Secretarial compliance Report as specified under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation,2015 read with BSE circular issue from time to time is not applicable to the company who have claim exemption under reg 15(2) of (LODR). The paid up capital of the company Rs. 50,130,500 (issue capital 50,153,000 less calls in arrears Rs. 22500) and the Net worth is Rs. 2,60,58,140 as on 31st March 2025, which falls in the ambit of aforsaid exemption and hence the company is not required to submit Annual Secretatial Compliance Report
