The trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons and other persons covered under the code with effect from 01st January, 2025, and upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024, in terms of Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
