We refer to the discrepancy notice received from BSE Ltd. regarding the Standalone Financial Results submitted by Shri Balaji Valve Components Limited for the Half Year and Year Ended 31st March, 2026, wherein the Exchange has observed the following discrepancy:Discrepancy No. 1: Standalone Results - Unsigned Declaration Submitted. Kindly submit Declaration in Proper Format (Company has attached XBRL filed details) for Year Ended - March 2026.We have taken note of the aforesaid discrepancy. We wish to inform you that the Declaration submitted earlier along with the Audited Financial Results was inadvertently submitted without the requisite signature of the authorized signatory of the Company. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
