As per SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Co shall be closed for DP viz. Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Co commencing from 01.10.2025 till the announcement to the SE of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited FR of the Co for the quarter and half year ending 30.09.2025 and 48 hours thereafter. This is further informed that the Co has also complied with the requirements of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025 regarding Trading Window Closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Reg 9 of SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015 ('PIT Regulations') framework for restricting trading by DPs by freezing PAN at security level.
