To Consider & Approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025. 2. To take on record the Audit Report of the Statutory Auditor for the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company along with modified/unmodified opinion on such Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025 3.any other business matter with permission of Chair.
