Directors, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected persons, including their immediate relatives and Material Subsidiary of the Company commencing from 01st July, 2026 till the announcement/declaration to the Stock Exchange of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and 48 hours thereafter.
