Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 read with PARA A of Schedule III to the said regulations we hereby inform you that members of the Company at AGM held today as on 30.09.2025 approved the appointment of M/S SHAH & SHAH ASSOCIATES Company Secretaries in Practice as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the period of Five years from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2030.
