Notice Regarding Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, the Company resolved to submit a proposal entitled "Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation" to the 178th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 26, 2026. The details are as follows:
