Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 09.01.2025 approved the appointment of Mr. Deepank Agrawal as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 09.01.2025.
