1. Considered and recommended Mr. Shivam Sanjiv Vasant, Director, to retire by rotation, 2. Considered, approved and taken on record the Secretarial Audit Report issued by Secretarial Auditors for the FY ended 31st March, 20263. Considered, approved and taken on record the Directors' Report along with its annexures, for the FY ended 31st March, 20264. The 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 21st September, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) at the Registered Office of the Company5. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 14th September, 2026 up to 21st September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the 16th Annual General Meeting6.
