Non Applicability of Regulations 24 A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 - Submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance report is not applicable to the company who have claimed exemption under regulations 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015. The paid up capital and Net worth of our company as at 31.03.2025 is rs. 501.36 lakhs and Rs. 747.10 lakhs. Hence the company is not required to comply with provisions of Regulations 24 A of SEBI( LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR / CFD/CMDI1/27/2019 dated 08.02.2019
