5.Cause of occurrence:
The period of payment for subscription for the Company��s shares ends
on December 27, 2021. For those who have not made the subscription
payments, the notice of payment due is issued accordingly.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)As per Article 142 and Paragraph 3 of Article 266, Company Act,
the period of shortage of subscription payment is from Dec 28, 2021
to Jan 28, 2022.
(2)For those who have missed the payment date, please make the payment
against the oringinal payment notice at the BANK SINOPAC Taipei Branch
and or its local branch(es).The subscribers who fail to pay are deemed
to forfeit their rights accordingly.
(3)For shareholders and employees during such a period, the shares
subscribed will be sent into his/her registered central depository
account after the expiration of the duration and procedures
by the Taiwan Depository and Clearing Corporation.
