This is with reference to captioned subject, we hereby inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company''s Shares/Securities. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026 will be intimated in due course.
