CALGARY, Nov. 17 /CNW/ - The Directors of Shell Canada Limited today declared a quarterly dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per common share. This is an increase of twenty-two per cent over the previous quarterly dividend and an increase of thirty-two percent over the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2004. The dividend will be payable December 15, 2005, to shareholders of record December 1, 2005. Unless otherwise requested, dividends payable to shareholders with registered addresses in the United States will be converted into U.S. funds at the rate quoted for U.S. funds by the Bank of Canada at noon on the record date.
