Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and other applicable SEBI circular(s), we hereby inform that Shayona Engineering Limited ('Company') has received a Purchase Order from a domestic customer for supply of engineering components. The broad consideration / size of the aforesaid Purchase Order is Rs. 45,90,103/- (Rupees Forty-Five Lakh Ninety Thousand One Hundred Three only) excluding GST at 18%. The name of the customer is not disclosed in this intimation due to contractual confidentiality / non-disclosure obligations. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the applicable SEBI Master Circular and Industry Standards on Regulation 30 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
