ShawCor Ltd. announces acquisition of X-Tek Industrial Limited

TORONTO, June 6 /CNW/ - ShawCor Ltd. (TSX: SCL.A, SCL.B) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of X-Tek Industrial Limited from X-Tek Systems Limited in the United Kingdom. As a result of the acquisition, the company has been renamed Shaw Inspection Systems Limited.
