Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform youthat the Board has taken on record cessation of Mr. Keval Mahendra Bhai Shah and Ms. Hansa Mehta as Director from the Shashank Traders Limited (the Company) vide Board resolution dated, 05thMay,2026 Tuesday with immediate effect.Due to such deactivation of DINs, they are unable to act as Directors of the Company, and accordingly, the Board has recorded their cessation from the directorship of the Company.
