Press Release: May 24, 2017
Shareholder Update:
UMAX Group Corp (“UMAX”) has engaged an auditor to prepared the financials for fiscal year ended April 30, and 2016 (2-year audit) with the goal off filing a Form S-1 Registration Statement (“Form S-1”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The goal of the filing of the Form S-1 is to once again provide transparency to the market, but to also become a fully reporting company. Furthermore, a consulting firm has been hired and paid to prepare the preliminary draft of the Form S-1 which upon completion will be reviewed by our recently retained SEC attorney prior to filing. The company is moving forward to becoming fully reporting once again subject to the comments and SEC effectiveness. It is the intention of the company to complete the process within the next 4-6 months hopefully, again subject to comments from the SEC.
The CEO Ian Dixon quotes, “It has been a long road with positive momentum, however, we feel the filing with the SEC will allow us to not only gain added shareholder confidence, but will open the door for future capital and new projects. As to the future and new projects, the company is already looking to open its new office in UTAH with the General Contractors Division to do solar and other commercial projects, and the mining division will soon be opening a drilling and exploration company. The future looks bright”.
