This is in furtherance to our communication dated 18.04.2026 and 23.04.2026, wherein we had intimated about the postal Ballot notice dated 18.04.2026 and pursuant to the regulation 30 and 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the outcome of postal ballot, disclosure of voting result along with the Scrutinizer''s Report for the resolutions attached herewith. The remote e-voting was closed on Sunday, 24th May, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. (IST) and the Scrutinizer submitted their report on Monday, 25.05.2026.In this connection, we are enclosing herewith the following:a. The voting result pursuant to Reg 44 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015.b. Scrutinizer Report dated 25.05.2026 pursuant to Sec 108, 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder.
