Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 12th AGM of the Members of Vivanta Industries Limited was held today, i.e., 30th September, 2025, at 04:07 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The businesses were transacted and approved by the members with the requisite majority, as attached.All the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed with the requisite majority.The details of the voting results under Regulation 44 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, along with the Scrutinizer''s Report, will be submitted separately.Kindly take the above on your record.
