Members holding Shares in Physical mode who have not registered their email IDs are requested to update the same as per the instructions in the Notice. The Company has Appointed M/s Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited for remote e-voting. The e-voting period will be from 9:00 a.m on November 17th, 2025, to 5:00 p.m on December, 16th, 2025after which the E-voting modulke will be diabled
