    HARGREAVES SERVICES PLC ("Hargreaves" or the "Group")               Share Option Awards to Directors, PDMRs and Senior Employees Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering key projects and services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that a total of 210,606 options ("LTIP Options") were awarded on 30 October 2023 to Stephen Craigen (a director of Hargreaves), David Anderson (a director of Hargreaves), Stephen Barker, Sean Hager and Niall Fraser (all directors of subsidiary companies of the Group and PDMRs), along with eighteen other senior non-PDMR employees to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (Hargreaves Services plc Executive Share Option Scheme 2023). The awards comprise the following allocations: Stephen Craigen 25,272 David Anderson 31,041 Stephen Barker  22,727 Sean Hager  18,283 Niall Fraser  18,283 Eighteen senior non-PDMR employees  95,000   The LTIP Options are exercisable at an exercise price of 10p per ordinary share between the period of 31 October 2026 and 30 October 2028.
