Share consolidation effective and total voting rights |
Further to the announcement on 11 August 2026 that shareholder approval was granted at the General Meeting for a Special Dividend and associated Share Consolidation, Johnson Matthey plc ("JM") is pleased to announce that JM's Share Consolidation becomes effective today.
Admission of JM's new ordinary shares to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities, is due to take place at 8.00 a.m. today.
The ISIN for the new ordinary shares is GB00BTQHVY80.
As a result of the Share Consolidation and in accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, JM hereby notifies the market that JM's issued share capital as at 8.00 a.m. on 17 August 2026 will consist of 132,965,322 ordinary shares 147
