                                                                                     _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________   24 March 2026     Sylvania Platinum Limited  ("Sylvania", the "Company" or the "Group")     Share Buyback     Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") and emerging Chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that the Company has, on 23 March 2026, acquired 150,000 Ordinary Shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from the market at an average price of 84.25 pence per Ordinary Share, placed into Treasury.   For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital is 271,661,725 Ordinary Shares. Following the above purchase, a total of 11,952,534 Ordinary Shares, are held in Treasury.
