To consider and approve Secretarial Audit Report for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2025.2. To fix date, place and time for 6th AGM of the Company.3. To fix Record date and Book closure date for the purpose of AGM.4. To conduct all anciliary act required for calling AGM.
