with reference to the earlier intimation dated 01.04.2026, Infrming about the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on thursday 9 April 2026 inter alia, is consider and approve the draft letter of offer of the Company, we hereby inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances the said meeting of Board of Directors has been postponed and shall now be held on a later date, which will be intimated separately in due course
