Shanmuga Hospital Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to fix the date, time and mode of the 6th Annual General Meeting, and consider the adoption of the Shanmuga Hospital Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2026 (ESOP 2026), subject to the necessary approvals.
