As Hainan Ningsheng Tourism Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Shanghai Yahong Moulding Co., Ltd., is planning a major matter which may result in a change of the Company's control, and given the uncertainties surrounding such matter, upon the Company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange in accordance with relevant provisions, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended at market opening on September 10, 2026, with an expected suspension of no more than 2 trading days.
