The Company proposes to acquire the controlling stake of Shanghai Jiemian Cailian Press Technology Co., Ltd. by way of issuing shares.
Given the existing uncertainties in this transaction and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, at the Company's request, the Company's shares were suspended from trading at market opening on September 7, 2026 and will continue to be suspended at market opening on September 8, 2026, with an aggregate expected suspension of no more than 10 trading days.
